Cancellation policy.

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. If you pay 100% upfront, the same condition applies: 50% of the total is non-refundable in all cases.
  • For cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in, 50% of the total is retained and any amount paid beyond that is refunded.
  • If the amount paid is equal to or less than the 50% deposit, no refund is issued.
  • For cancellations inside 14 days of check-in, no refund.

Payment timing is flexible in certain cases, but cancellation terms are fixed so the property remains reserved exclusively for the booking party. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@vacationcartagena.com.
