What we book

If it's part of the trip, we either book it ourselves or we know who to call. We don't ship you a static PDF and let you figure it out.
Chef + menu design
Pick from a Coastal Colombian baseline (pargo rojo, arroz con coco, mojarra) or commission a custom menu. Tell us the dietary mix and we'll send three options with prices before you arrive.

Boats to the Rosarios
Half-day, full-day, or multi-day. We use four captains we've known for ten years. 35-ft Bayliner to 110-ft yacht. Fruit, drinks, snorkel, captain, mate included.

Reservations desk
Carmen, La Cevichería, Alma, Demente, Celele, La Vitrola, Alquímico. The places that don't take reservations through OpenTable, we book through our own line.
Included for stays of 5+ nights
Private transfers
Pre-arranged driver at Rafael Núñez (CTG) with a name placard. Sprinter for groups, SUV for couples. Inter-city to Santa Marta / Tayrona handled too.

Photographer
Half-day shoot on the property or around Old City. Couples, families, wedding-eve, bachelor weekend. We use one local photographer and one Cartagena-based videographer.

Wellness + spa
Massage at the villa, sound bath, private yoga sessions on the rooftop at sunrise. Sometimes a curandera if that's the trip.

Nightlife concierge
Café Havana table held, Alquímico cocktail bar reservation, Bazurto Social Club after midnight. We tell you where to skip and where to go.
Included
Event production
If it's a wedding weekend, an engagement, or a 50th birthday — we coordinate flowers, ceremony rentals, ceremony permits, vendor schedule. Two weddings per year, by referral.
