We rent forty-one private houses inside Cartagena's Old City and along the Caribbean coast. We've done this for eleven years. We don't have an app and we don't have an Instant Book button.
How we work
The short version.
Eleven years inside the walls
Founded in 2014 as a Colombian S.A.S. registered under RNT #43008. Forty-one properties added one at a time, each because an owner asked us to manage it. No portal acquisitions, no bulk roll-up.
Staff on every property
Each mansion has a full team (butler, chef, cleaner, overnight security) included in the rate. Smaller villas have daily housekeeping. We hire, train and pay every staff member directly.
WhatsApp answers in two hours
We use Wix for the website today and Airbnb for some inventory, but inquiries route to a human in Cartagena. Most replies are inside two hours during waking hours; never more than twelve.
We tell you the truth about the neighbourhood
Plaza Trinidad at 11pm is loud. Bocagrande beaches are not the Rosarios. The mud volcano is overrated. We won't oversell because we want you to come back.
